How did you attract/address your audience?
We decided that our audience would be of the age range 15-16, establishing a target audience we shaped our OTS to appeal towards said target audience. using films to compare our work with, that focus the same target audience as our OTS.

Screenshots of the OTS
The colours that we have chosen to use in our distribution logo are very simplistic and don't object the colours of the shot behind the logo. We feel that because the font is very modern it will appeal to our target audience of teenagers. Also, the red and white are very complementary and give the impression of a very modern OTS from the beginning.
This part of the scene makes our draws-in our audience to our OTS, especially the male gender. We believe that this part of the OTS draws particularly the male gender in because of the use of a sharp weapon. We feel that this is a good shot because it is already drawing the audience in because of the fear factor which also means that the audience does not know what to expect.
Our target audience are teenagers. We feel that the use of a car would appeal to our younger target audience and we deliberately made sure it was a modern shape car so that they could relate to it. The use of a car in a unknown location would also help us link up the whole story of the OTS as later on in the sequence the character who had been kidnapped would be in another unknown location. This shot is also deliberately like this because the kidnapper's face is hidden so that the theme of the OTS stays mysterious, which will also help us appeal to our audience.
