What is the most exciting way of someone being killed in horror?
The most exciting way was according to my results was by knife and blades. After taking this into consideration we have decided to continue our plans with a supernatural slasher because we feel that we can change people's perceptions.
Which sort of music would be your preference for a horror film?
A large amount of the people I asked said that tense music was the best for a horror because it signifies that something could happen at any moment. This is good for us as we want to make a slasher opening title sequence.
What do you think of a CCTV camera style filming in a horror?
Lot's of people have said that something along the lines of paranormal activity with the focused camera would be fantastic. So we are going to do a slight twist on that but continuing the theme of a very successful franchise.
Do you think that we should use lots of blood in our opening title sequence?
Most people said that we should use blood at some stages in the opening title sequence but to be careful not to overuse it as it will make the opening title sequence predictable and not scary. This is good for us because we don't intend on using excessive amounts of blood.
Would it be best to put the death at the end of the sequence, during the middle or at the start?
The majority of people who I asked said that it is best to put it at the end because then you will get all of the storyline running up to the main event. This is against for us because our plan is to put the death at the start and we feel that this is the way forward because we want our opening title sequence to be something different which will excite our audience.
